Golub & Banner Break Ground on Waterset’s Final Apartment Development

Golub & Company (“Golub”) and Banner Real Estate Group and/or its affiliated entity(ies) (“Banner”) today announced the groundbreaking of a 400-unit luxury apartment community in Apollo Beach, Florida. Located at 6202 Harmony Shore Loop, the project will occupy the final multifamily site in the 2,734-acre master-planned mixed-use community known as Waterset.

The new development will deliver one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartment homes featuring upscale finishes, including quartz countertops, shaker cabinetry, smart thermostats, and luxury vinyl plank flooring. Amenities will include a resort-style pool with cabanas, clubhouse, fitness center, coworking spaces, dog park, EV charging stations, and more.

Located 12 miles south of downtown Tampa, Waterset offers miles of trails, parks, and open space, along with proximity to major employers such as Port Tampa Bay, St. Joseph’s Hospital South, and Amazon’s one-million-square-foot distribution center. The Moffitt Cancer Center, along with a new grocery-anchored retail center currently under development across the street from the site, is expected to further enhance the area’s appeal.

Golub, Banner, and EAP have partnered with Summit Contracting Group, Dynamik Design and Dynamik Interiors to bring the community to life, with an anticipated completion date of 2027. The development will provide thoughtfully designed residences that complement Waterset’s vision and support Apollo Beach’s continued growth.
