Golub raises opportunistic closed-end private GP Funds, which means that investors in the Fund share in part of the Sponsor’s promote upside on each deal. The Fund’s primary objective is to acquire or develop real estate assets in select US target markets through a series of joint ventures with third-party investors. Asset class wise The fund is mainly focused on multifamily, with some potential mixed-use, condo and office opportunities.

Golub typically forms joint-ventures with institutional partners for residential and commercial real estate deals. Primary target markets include Atlanta, Chicago, Columbus, the Carolinas, Denver, Florida, Nashville and Phoenix.
