In 2019, Golub & Company acquired Prairie Shores and began repositioning the 1,675 workforce housing apartments by upgrading a significant portion of the units while also delivering an unrivaled amenity package in the neighborhood. Completed in 2022, The Hub at Prairie Shores is a 17,150 SF state-of-the-art amenity center that features flexible fitness areas, relaxation spaces, a game room and community demonstration kitchen, shared workspaces and a rooftop deck.
