GP FUNDS
Golub raises opportunistic closed-end private GP Funds, which means that investors in the Fund share in part of the Sponsor’s promote upside on each deal. The Fund’s primary objective is to acquire or develop real estate assets in select US target markets through a series of joint ventures with third-party investors (or institutional partners).
JV Partners
