The Mall of Sofia, completed in 2006, is a premier shopping center in the heart of Sofia, Bulgaria’s capital. The 750,000 SF mixed-use development was developed by Golub and includes entertainment and commercial spaces, as well as an underground parking garage for 700 vehicles.
The 4-story property offers visitors a wide range of stores, restaurants, a supermarket, pharmacies, beauty salons, and more. At its opening, the Mall of Sofia was one of the first modern shopping malls in the country. Today, it remains a top retail and entertainment destination for Sofia’s residents and visitors.
This Class A property has achieved a LEED Silver Rating from the U.S. Green Building Council.
