Building amenities at Millennium Centre include a fitness center and spa, a doorman, a movie theatre and an elevator. Millennium Center is located in Chicago’s River North neighborhood and sits in close proximity to grocery stores, shops, restaurants and more. Based on Golub’s longstanding expertise, the firm was engaged to provide the mezzanine loan, as well as to act as developer manager.
