Developed by Golub & Company, Moment is a 45-story mixed-use project in Chicago’s Streeterville neighborhood. The development is located within walking distance of the lakefront and river, and the city’s renowned retail corridor on Michigan Avenue. Moment boasts nearly 40,000 SF of indoor and outdoor amenities, including many thoughtfully designed spaces dedicated to wellness and healthy living.

The luxury building offers residents a robust amenity package including a rooftop pool and lounge, fitness center with a yoga studio, mind and body wellness spa, media center, business lounge, dog run and pet spa.

The apartments are available in studio, convertible, one-, two- and three-bedroom layouts and feature floor-to-ceiling windows, plank flooring, European-style frameless cabinetry, pearl quartz countertops in kitchen and bath, stainless steel appliances, and in-unit washer and dryer sets.
