Located at a key intersection within San Francisco’s Transbay redevelopment district, Park Tower is a 750,000 SF Class A office tower. The project is a joint venture between Golub & Company, The John Buck Company and MetLife. Following the construction of the project, Facebook leased the full 43-story tower to support its growing workforce.
A design collaboration between Goettsch Partners and SCB, the tower features distinct floor plates and a series of large outdoor terraces that provide tenant amenity spaces and views of the Transbay Transit Center and Bay Bridge.
At the ground level, a 3,600 SF privately owned public outdoor space and 10,000 SF of retail activate the street frontage and enliven the public realm. The project also integrates an on-site parking garage that utilizes an advanced stacker mechanical parking system.
The building is certified LEED Gold through sustainable design elements and strategies including a high-performance building enclosure and systems, natural ventilation, and raised floor heating and cooling.
The Golub-affiliated interest in Park Tower was sold in July 2019.
