SUMMARY

Completed by Golub GetHouse in 2016, Prime Corporate Center is a 250,000-square-foot, Class-A office building in Warsaw, Poland. Located at the intersection of two major arteries in the city’s downtown, the building is home to Raiffeisen Polbank, one of Poland’s longest operating banks and part of the Austrian Raiffeisen Bank International Group, a leading financial institution in Central and Eastern Europe. The building is BREEAM certified (the UK equivalent to LEED Silver).
