Developed on a unique parcel of Palm Beach waterfront property, The Bristol represents a new luxury residential experience in South Florida. Located along the Intracoastal Waterway and adjacent to the Royal Park Bridge, the design was inspired by the notion of a yacht sailing along the water and its ensuing wake.

The 25-story tower features 69 condominiums, ranging from 3,575 square feet to a 14,500 square-foot full-floor penthouse. Each of the units offers residents views of the water and is served by private elevators. The open floor plans orient the main living areas and primary suites to the east, capturing views of the waterway and Palm Beach.

The Bristol offers a bespoke collection of ultra-luxury amenities for residents. The elegant two-story lobby opens to a lushly-landscaped waterfront terrace. The main salon provides an elegant and comfortable space for residents to meet, while an adjacent card room offers space for games and events. A private beauty suite and business center round out the amenity program on the main level. On the second floor, a well-appointed fitness center with separate men’s and women’s spas connects to a pool and sun deck.

At the time of completion, the project captured demand for luxury condo units – no new high-rise luxury units had been delivered in the Palm Beach area for 15 years. When the final sale was completed in January 2021, the average sale price was $8.8 million and the average price paid per square foot is $2,000 per square foot.
