Criteria: We seek under-performing commercial and residential properties located in Class A locations and suitable for repositioning.

core plus

Criteria: We look for opportunities to acquire office, multifamily and/or mixed-use properties, preferably in Class A- locations in the U.S.; Class B- or better quality; stabilized occupancy; good current return; and, moderate value-added opportunities.

condominium conversions

Criteria: As one of the country’s earliest condominium converters, Golub remains very active in both urban and suburban conversions when the market cycle is right. Overall, we have converted nearly 15,000 residential units.
